RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you would like to return an item to Owl Ryze, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery of your item to request a return shipping label.
Let us know by one of the following methods that you'd like a refund, and which item you'd like to return:

We will email you return instructions and shipping label within 48 hours of your request. Place the bag in a box and send it back to us using our shipping label. Items sent back without an initial email or text request, or our shipping label, will not be accepted.
We will initiate your refund as soon as we receive your package back to our warehouse, and it has been checked in. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 15 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your bank or method of payment.
Please use this return shipping label supplied by us so that it is returned to the proper warehouse location that matches your order. Items shipped to an incorrect address due to failure to contact us for a return shipping label are not eligible for refund or reshipment. Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued. Items must be unopened and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have not contacted us within 30 days of delivery of your item to initiate a return, your item will not be refunded. Owl Ryze is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online.
REFUSED PACKAGES
Given the choice, rather than refuse the package, please accept it and contact us so we may process the return and refund appropriately.
If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping or any processing fee. Please contact us immediately if you refuse a package so we know it is on the way back to us. If the package is received back to the warehouse, we can either refund the cost of the entire order, including any additional shipping cost, or reship you a new package at no additional cost to you.
If you discover after opening the package that there are defective or damaged items, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange. Examples include broken seals causing leakage, or cuts/punctures to the package. We will provide a free shipping label to return the damaged or defective product. We must receive the product back before we can issue a refund or send a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund. Once again, customers must use a return shipping label generated by our customer service team to ensure that returns are received by us.
EXCHANGES
For the fastest exchange process, return the unwanted item first. Once the return is approved, you can then purchase the desired new item separately.

If you don’t love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund for one (1) opened bag per item type on your first subscription order only. If you order and open two (2) bags of the same item, e.g. two (2) opened bags of coffee, you can only receive a refund on one (1) of those opened bags.
You must contact us within 30 days of the date of your delivery or we will not be able to accept your refund request. No exceptions. The Love-It-Guarantee applies only to your first subscription order and not to one-time purchases. Simply follow the return steps outlined above to request your shipping label and refund.
